RESPONSIBILITY

The following terms and conditions apply to the relationship between the ticket buyer and the organizer.

SÉCURITY

The organizer undertakes to ensure maximum safety at the venue, but cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever.

The spectator agrees to respect the safety measures prescribed by the organizer. Failure to comply with these measures may result in the removal of the person causing the disturbance from the event premises and the withdrawal of their ticket.

For obvious security reasons, security will check your belongings at the entrance of the hall. Thank you for respecting the following indications:

• It is strictly forbidden to bring into the room the objects mentioned below:
  • cameras
  • camera and audio recorders
  • illegal substances
  • food and alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
  • signs and banners of any size of a political, ideological, religious or advertising nature.
  • weapons, explosive, flammable or volatile substances,
  • sharp or blunt objects and, more generally, any object likely to serve as a projectile, any pyrotechnic article,

Any offender is liable and may be prosecuted.

Some items may also be prohibited from entry, such as umbrellas or motorcycle helmets. A locker is available for a fee if necessary.

MINORS

Minors under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter theaters without being accompanied by a person of legal age with authority over them. All minors must be able to present identification issued by a public authority, indicating the date of birth and bearing a photograph. For health reasons, children under 06 (six) years old are not admitted to the event. The organizers decline all responsibility for injuries sustained as a result of a violation of this rule.

ANIMALS

Animals are not permitted at events for reasons of hygiene, safety and animal welfare.

TICKETS

The ticket holder is responsible for attending the event to which the ticket gives access. Any exit is considered definitive, except in exceptional cases where a counter mark valid only with the present ticket will be issued.

Lost or damaged tickets are not replaced. In principle, the ticket loses its validity as soon as the spectator has left the venue. It must be presented during any security check on the site.

Orders for more than 20 tickets must be placed with MKC via email reservationa[at]fzimix.ch. For numbered seats, it is recommended to take your seat 15 minutes before the beginning of the show. Access to the site and numbered seats is not guaranteed after the scheduled start time of the show and no refunds will be given.

REFUSAL OF ADMISSION TO THE EVENT FOR PRINT@HOME TICKETS

The organizer may refuse entry to a spectator if several prints, reproductions, copies or imitations of a print@home ticket are in circulation and access to the event has already been granted to the holder of a print, reproduction, copy or imitation of the corresponding print@home ticket. In particular, the organizer is not obliged to check the identity of the person presenting the print@home ticket in order to verify that he is the ticket purchaser, nor is he obliged to check the authenticity of the print@home ticket insofar as the imitation or copy cannot be unmistakably identified as such at the event’s entrance control. If the print@home ticket holder is turned away for this reason at an access control, there is no right to a refund of the price paid.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

The return or exchange of a ticket or a purchased table is excluded.

POSTPONEMENT OF THE EVENT

In the event of a postponement or change of venue for any reason, the ticket is automatically valid for the new date or location of the event. Refunds or exchanges of tickets are generally not possible.

EVENT CANCELLATION

If a performance is cancelled for any reason, the affected tickets must be presented for refund to the online box office from which they were ordered within 30 days of the date printed on the ticket. Only the amount shown on the ticket will be refunded.

VARIOUS

In general, any person refusing to comply with the instructions of our security officer may be excluded from the event, without compensation.
