Program
Here you will find all the information about the job description for the festival.
CONCERTS
Reception (public)
- Reception for the disabled: pick-up at the stand, accompaniment to the site, service on site.
- Reception of partners: taking care of guests / VIP, visiting the space, accompanying to the dressing room.
- Tickets: scanning of tickets at the entrances
- Bracelets: distribution and wearing of the corresponding access bracelet at the entrances
- Information: at the reception desk, inform festival-goers about the operation, locations and course of the festival.
- Outdoor lockers and cloakrooms: reception and distribution of festival goers’ and staff’s belongings.
- Bus shuttle: reception and access control on the bus.
Reception (Artists)
- Stock management of drinks and food for the artists. Ensure and take care of their needs.
- Reception of artists, maintenance of dressing rooms, cleaning of dressing rooms.
- Artist transport: accompanying artists from airport – hotel, hotel – concert, concert – hotel, hotel – airport.
Social networks
- Collect content (videos, photos) from social networks during the event.
Sale
- Ticketing: management of ticket sales and distribution.
- VIP Access/Invitation/Accreditation: Delivery of invitation tickets and corresponding access wristbands.
Office
- Staff office: management of the staff: accreditations, food and drink vouchers, tickets, t-shirts, etc.
Afterparty at Palladium
Reception
- Access management.
- Reception of partners.
- Proposal for a culinary tasting.
- Table service hostess (eats standing up).
Bar
- Bar: serving drinks, setting up and cleaning the bar.
Sale
- Ticketing: tickets sold at the entrance.
- Accreditations / Wristbands: distribution of the corresponding access wristband in exchange for the ticket.
